To all of our dear users,
Hello, we are Play Hard. This is our first developer note to all of you.
Since our global launch on March 3rd, we've had more new users than we ever expected.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your interest and love.
First of all, we at Play Hard are constantly looking for improvements.
We've received a lot of feedback and concerns and we would like to let you know about the service issues we've found, as well as the steps taken to resolve them.
Here are the issues we identified, and our reponse to resolve them.
It came to our attention that many users have felt unfairly impacted by the fact that accounts made during the soft launch and accounts from the official global launch are sharing the same server. We're pleased to announce that starting from this week's update, we'll be separating them.
Ruble Heroes initially ran a three-month soft launch in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. In accordance with our service policy, if your account was not created in these three countries, it was reset before our official global launching on March 3 at 15:00.
Additionally, for about 4 days after the global launch, we identified an issue with the 'Rift' content that included existing soft launch accounts and new accounts on the same server. That’s why we will be separating the servers as follows in this week's update.
Here are the changes that will be made to the server starting from next update.

Soft_1 Server = This server will be used by users who joined before the launch on March 3rd.
Global_1 Server = This server will be used by users who joined after the launch on March 3 at 15:00.
